人遠江湖，依稀是，千里姑蘇歸路。
夾岸青青垂楊栁，怎繫得蘭舟住？
波臥橋虹， 湖憑燈影， 但明滅如訴：
平林漠漠， 不知鄉關何處。
未老， 休去填詞，
紅翠溫柔， 把青春都負。
黃梅微雨人去後，乍暖輕寒淒楚。
水岸風流， 火樹花飛， 共波上水舞。
天晚愁余, 正覚人間微苦。

Went with neighbors to Golden-chicken Lake just before leaving for Taipei . Lake is well developed, all too well, with all kinds of modern structures, plus trees, waterfront, green turf, music, fountain and lights. It is no longer the type of Suzhou I have been thinking about.
